Well here's his info [link]
He's all energy and always living in the moment. He's prone to getting himself into trouble because he doesn't look before he leaps. His conscience reminds him of all his past screw ups in a giant wave of flashbacks in a way, before he does something stupid, he'll have a moment of being nervous but then readily decide to ignore it and go head long.
He's not good about personal space, he'll throw his arm around someone he doesn't know and stuff. Get in people's faces if they challenge him. With friends and acquaintances he'll have a hand on their shoulder or grab at their arms to steer them somewhere. He's VERY friendly.
So he's energetic, very friendly, strong-headed, enthusiastic.
