It's really choppy and suuuuuper scribbly because I took like 30 seconds to draw each frame. Please fill in the gaps and gloss over the art with your wonderful imagination! I made it in Windows Movie Maker which is an absolutely evil program =o=

What I'm looking for:
Everything! Wolves, foxes, fennec foxes, ferrets, servals, bobcats, tigers, other big cats, small cats, deers, dragons, gryphons, dogs, birds, hybrids, original species.. bring it!
I'm leaving the details to your imagination, but here are some things I really like:
-White base color with black and red markings<33 (mostly on canines)
-Cute and fluffy things! No need to go all big eyes and oversized heads, but animals with fur. Creepy and slimy things just aren't my thing.. Still don't be afraid to make something dark/evil

The Echo chamber dilemmaThe promise of the Internet was that unlimited information and experiences would draw us together. But instead it seems to have driven us apart.
For years I've observed this behavior but haven't been able to vocalize it correctly. Originally I called the behavior of collective opinions as "the hive mentality" of the Internet. But that wasn't exactly right and I often got called out on it. The most prominent example was when I made a comic about a guy disagreeing with opinions and being shouted at till he remained quiet, eventually fading into the background with everyone else. The consensus of that comic was that if you disagree with someone you aren't bullied into not speaking, but instead are free to go someplace else where people who do agree with you exist. And you know what? That wasn't what i was trying to convey, but is sadly true. The Internet is not a hive mind. It's many tiny pocket echo chambers of mutual agreements.
And this is becoming a growing problem, I think, because n

Callibrate your Wacom tutorialHad you finally made the transition from intuos 3 to intuos 4?, or Are you rich to change into an intuos 5? Had you made the transition from a first generation cintiq to the new ones?. More levels of pressure will mean more quality to the paintings, am i right?.
Did you thought that by default the pen will it be like using butter on bread?, you try it for the first time and you love all of it, you said i have sooooooo much control on my strokes im having a blast. Then only to realize you only have total control of the brush but when you are moving it really slow?. But when you do quick strokes the pressure drops a lot of paint making you redraw tons of stuff?
Did you ever thought that painter its hard to handle with new tablet? Too much pressure? If it has more pressure why i cant control more easier the beggining of the stroke which is more crucial?.

I've been feeling like.. I've been drawing the same thing over and over and as fun as that is. I probably shouldn't. Where's the productivness in THAT?

So I want to ask, what do you think I should work on most? Like.. specific characters.. certain TYPES of characters.. certain.. styles? More realism? Less realism, more cartoon? Uhh.. I know I NEED to work on backgrounds more though.. as an example... nngghh
But just anything that where, you've gone through my deviations and thought... "Huh.. why doesn't she do more ___________????????" Or that I should do more.. __________.

The Voldemort Challenge.

It's something which was made up when a friend and me were bored. The challenge is very simple: Think of the weirdest thing you can come up with which Voldermort could (or couldn't)do, and assign it to the person who is lacking anything better to do.
What I got so far:
Disco Voldemort
Voldemort on a bycicle falling from a mountain in epic perspective.
Voldemort in a fancy dress, being kidnapped by Snape, on safari.

and if you are interested, here's your challenge:
Voldemort fishing on top of Tour de Eiffel. ( optional: While fishing he's also being ambushed by pidgeons. )

Totally know what ya mean! Had the same feeling myself about a yr or two ago. i've been working on bodies and realizmand sometimes plants. Plants are hard to draw -__-

I like to see more comic! ^__^ they're really fun to read and it lets you work with backgrounds and other random stuff you feel like throwing in or working on.

Awww not into Kingdom harts anymore?? I all ways get back into it when a new game comes out! lol

Hmmmm.... that's a tough quesion....
I was looking around your gallery and i've notice that there aren't many scenery backgrounds.
Maybe you can try practice drawing leaves, grass, flowers trees, ect.

To be honest. I think you should do more with your comics and expand them to fight scenes or something. Like two people fighting in the desert with sand being bashed here and there. Or a busy city throwing people through walls or whatever you can think of. But try to use real life examples more. I know it sucks (cuz I do the same thing as you) But drawing from realism really helps in the long run. Try it. lol

i would suggest supernatural themed things, creatures, myths, etc.
it's always fun to mess around with them, interpreting how they would look based off of vague descriptions and all.

as I struggle in that biz, well you can try characters you are so not used to. (i don't really know what you are not used to but >.>;;; Ill get the general idea for an example) erm okay i got nothing. animals you never see or talk about on a daily basis. try doing really flexible characters, mess with anatomy, making a really buff women or man and making the do the splits of some sort.
