Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

Eurovision nightGot myself some ice cream and will be making myself compfy on the sofa so I'm ready for the big, glittery, horrible music, camp, pointless politics, drama that is eurovision. It never disappoints me.

Nintendo STEALS Money!Since this has been going around lately, I should probably give my two cents. Basically what it amounts to is that Nintendo has filed Content ID info of their games with YouTube. What this means is that if you upload gameplay video of a Nintendo game, YouTube will automatically monetize that video, put ads on it, a link to where to buy the game, and take the money generated from that video and give it directly to Nintendo. People who do "let's play" videos are, naturally, pissed off because they want to be earning money off their videos, so they're calling Nintendo "thieves" for doing this.
I can see both sides to the story. I can see Nintendo as a corporation wanting to exercise control over their properties. On the other hand, "let's play" videos can often help new gamers find games they otherwise wouldn't have tried.
But here's the thing: Nintendo isn't the first company do this. Both Microsoft and Ubisoft do it already. YouTube has also had a long history of having music videos and

Update

Okayyyy! So I promised I’d update you when I got my wisdom teeth removed!

Which I finally did… This Monday.They're gone. All of them. I got all four removed at the same time WITHOUT BEING PUT UNDER! Just got about.. 10 shots of novocaine. And no stitches. I could hear all the cracking and stuff. But they went really quick! It took 8 minutes at the most! Didn’t hurt at all! Crazy! First day after the novocaine wore off it hurt like a mother even with the meds but it’s pretty much smooth sailing now. Thank you guys for all the advice and tips! It’s helping a lot and I got a lot of comfort from it.

But I have some questions that no one here seems to be able to give straight, consistent answers to...
- When is it okay to have spicy stuff and carbonated drinks?
- When is it okay to start eating regular foods?
- And about when is it completely healed so I can stop worrying about it?

Ahh.. from the pain? Prolly like two days. Then it's more of a soft, barely noticeable but still kinda annoying-ish ache. It took me about a week and three days to move on to more solid food. But for a lot of people it takes just about week.

ommgg. i had mine done without being put under, either. it was the pits because novocaine doesn't work very well on me.
none of my wisdom teeth had come through yet, so my dentist is like "oh no worries we just break them and cut your gums open"

sounds SO SIMPLE.

anyways, i'm glad you're doin ok. good job, hope the vicodin treats you well. |D

when I was recovering I made sure to look after my mouth good and proper. But now after about four weeks I'm like meh XD I do occasionally like to stick a torch in my mouth and pretend I'm a dentist tho, just to check everything is good

honestly, tho, the whole cracking and shit was unnerving as hell, but still somewhat awesome while you're thinking "what the fuck is that quack doing to me" (one of my wisdom teeth was fricken stuck that the doctor had to break it into pieces with some literal heavy equipment and pull it out piece for piece. EPIC D: )
